As a practicing artist, I am familiar with many processes and mediums, including extensive knowledge in:
Advanced Painting & Drawing
Silk Screening and most Printmaking
Sculpture, Installation, & 3D Design
Computer Illustration & Animation
Basic Largescale Image Reproduction and Rendering
Theatre Standard Mediums and Common Tools

The National Ballet of Canada, worked on the painting and scenic assembly of backdrops and set of The FireBird.   Also occasionally called in for back-painting and touch-up work.

Great Lakes Scenic Studio, worked on the painting and scenic assembly of several different shows.

Worked as Art Instructor, in collaboration with a Graduate Student in Psychology, developing a new teaching method for children ages 3-6.

Mural Work, contributed to several large collaborative murals, and created one independently for The Coffee Cellar in 1997.

Short Film Production, I have a basic understanding of what it takes to make a film. While in school I took several courses on both the history and physical production of films. I created two short films in 35mm with the assistance of a crew. I designed and constructed the sets and props of the films, both of which I wrote and directed. I also composed the musical soundtrack for one of the films.

Education:
B.F.A. Course-work in Studio Painting at the Pennsylvania State University. I was accepted early into the selective degree program consisting of about 20 students and 5 full-time professors. While in school I was awarded the William & Louis J. Kesterson Scholarship for outstanding artistic ability.
